Dry Screw Pumps

Vacuum dry screw pumps are positive displacement pumps that are designed to operate in rough to medium vacuum level application . These products do not use any lubricant in the pumping mechanism to seal therefore they are defined as dry compressing machines. DWS VSD+

The DWS VSD+ series is a range of single stage, oil free and water-cooled dry screw vacuum pumps. The DWS-series is an intelligent, long life, durable pump with very low maintenance for industrial vacuum applications. These pumps are variable speed drive and full automatically controlled by integrated controller, and well protected by control logic which pre-programed in the pump.

Its rotor profile also with the latest design, to achieve the high pumping speed and low power consumption. During the pumping down process, customer able to choose the appropriate amount of purge gas to protect the pump from condensation and corrosion happening. And the introduction of gas-load before/after pumping process also able to make the pump always in the “warmed” condition, keep the pump from condensation further.
